Shipping Destinations

Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the United States, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

• We ship to the USA continental (contiguous) states only. Please refer to each product for shipping options and fees when checking out. 

Tracking

We provide tracking numbers for our shipping couriers on every order. 

Order Processing

All orders are sent to the warehouse for dispatch within 24-48 hours after the order is placed. The warehouse distribution centers process the orders, which takes an average of 2–4 days. It can take longer from time to time, depending on the item being shipped, but usually no longer than an average of 7 days.  Each product may have additional shipping delays and will be noted in the product description.

Shipping Time

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the shipping destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 3 and 8 days (business days) to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Slow Delivery

We do not provide refunds for slower than expected shipping and delivery. The shipping and delivery couriers have intermittent delays due to holiday rushes and COVID-19 breakouts.
